Laptop Bluetooth is not working

I have solution for this problem but it is time consuming but 100% working....
software you needed
Ubuntu OS
Universal USB installer
Step by Step following:-

Step 1:- open this link http://www.ubuntu.com/download and download Ubuntu OS according to
your device for eg. I have lenovo B490 I am using ubuntu 12.04.4 desktop amd64

Step 2:- Then install http://www.pendrivelinux.com/downloads/Universal-USB-Installer/Universal-USB-Installer-1.9.5.4.exe
Make bootable pen drive

using USB installer.
Step 3:-Restart Your PC or laptop and boot from USB and after Boot from USB it will automatically open Ubuntu starting page and see upper right corner

There will be Bluetooth icon showing and now you go to Icon and turn on the Bluetooth device.....
After restarting Your PC or Laptop and Your laptop will automatically detect Bluetooth..
